Dear children, let us not love in word and speech but in action and in truth.

April 2019First vegetable harvest of the season!
God's creation is perfect and abundant! About three months ago we planted green beans, corn, red beans, cabbage, cucumber, onion, and zucchini squash! We had our first harvest this week, and what an amazing first harvest it was! The squash came up faster then we expected but we anticipate many more harvests over the next several months. It has inspired us to clear more space to grow even more and continue the blessings. Here are some photos of us delivering the food to the feeding programs we help in San Pedro Sula. PRAISE GOD!! |
March 2019Visit from our friends at Connor's A-maize-ing Acres!
Many years ago we had an opportunity to build a 10K gallon aquaponics system at Connor's A-Maize-ing Acres corn maze farm in Hilliard Florida. We also got a chance to meet some of the most A-Maize-ing people we have ever met. Eddie and Betty Jean Connor, their daughter Amanda and their three granddaughters. This week Amanda and her youngest daughter Cierra made a trip to Honduras for a visit and for Cierra to experience her very first foreign mission trip! It was a week full of children's ministry and God's goodness. We even got a chance to do project and help a local family build a new gate for their front yard. |

It has been an amazing 2018 and we are excited to start a new chapter in the wonderful journey God has us on together! Through God's grace and your faithful prayers and support we have seen God do amazing things here in Honduras. We are looking forward to building on the foundational work God has been doing through us in the community of El Rincon. Just take a look at all the wonderful things that 2018 brought us! |
2017 Year in Review
This year has truly been an amazing ride! At every turn God has shown up and He continues to fulfill every promise. The mission has always been the same…Follow Him as closely as possible, feed the hungry, and make disciples! And through simple obedience, we have seen His plans unfold, little by little, all according to His perfect timing. Praise God! |

We Made it a Full Year!
It’s hard to imagine that we have been in Honduras for a full year already. So much has happened and God has taken us so far that when we pause to think about it all, it seems almost impossible. What a truly unstoppable God we serve! “Then all the nations will call you blessed, for yours will be a delightful land” says the Lord Almighty. Malachi 3:12 |
Our First 6 Months in Honduras! 2016
So we put a video together for you to see just how well we have settled in, and to share all the wonderful ministries God is building here! And the most exciting part is…this is ONLY the beginning. God just continues to prepare us for the long haul. We are making new Honduran friends and we are learning more Spanish then we ever thought possible! We are truly being trained up for a marathon….not a sprint. |

2015 Timothy Internship Program in Honduras.
In September 2015 we left for Honduras to attend a 10-week internship program. During our 10 weeks we learned conflict resolution, leadership development, role of the church, and got exposed to many different types of ministry, such as; children's ministry, literacy training using the bible, community health evangelism just to name a few. We also participated in multiple medical outreaches, feeding programs for children from in the bordo areas, devotionals at the local schools and many other opportunities. |
Our latest trip to Honduras! The Farm, the kids and the schools! 2015
in April of 2015 Lindsey and I bit the bullet and took a vision trip to see the farm there in Siguatepeque. We paid a visit to the kids at New Destiny School, we got to see our language school that we will be attending next year and we got to take part our teams very first medical outreach! What a blessed time! |

Aquaponics Build at House of Mercy in Honduras, 2014
At the top of a steep and rugged road in Choloma, Honduras sits House of Mercy Orphanage. House of Mercy is home to 40 boys rescued from the streets of Honduras. Lindsey and I made our first mission trip with GloDev to build this micro farm and aquaponics system that will help supplement the boys diet, offer a source of income and give them an education in fish farming and agriculture. |
Farm Life...What an A-Maiz-ing Experience! 2014
Here we are working side by side with GloDev and several volunteers at Conner's A-Maize-Ing Acres Farm in Jacksonville, FL to help build a new 10,000 gallon aquaponics system. Aquaponics is a fully sustainable, symbiotic ecosystem that will allow us to grow organic fish and vegetables. This system was set up as a fully functioning micro farm and is on display at the Conner’s A-maize-Ing Acres. It serves to demonstrate how aquaponics works with other forms of sustainable agriculture in order to maximize production even in a majority world setting. |

Feeding the "Least of These" 2013
San Pedro Sula, Honduras is widely regarded as one of the most dangerous places on earth. In fact the city was recently named the murder capital of the world. Drug cartels, rival gangs, political and social upheaval permeates it’s beautiful and rich landscape leaving in its wake abject poverty and desperation. But even amidst the darkness there are still beacons of hope where God’s love is reaching out and healing the broken hearted. From Tuesday to Sunday every week a small group of ladies from OLAM Church arrive just before sunrise to make preparations for the 250 children that will soon be filling their sanctuary. These children live right in the heart of one of the poorest sections of San Pedro Sula and will quite possibly be receiving their only meal for the day. "Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me." Matthew 25:40 |
Local Missions - your neighbors need Jesus too! 2013
When we lived in Central Florida, we got involved with local missions. One of our family favorites was "Mission Possible", this was a time during the summer that all 5 of us, and about 70 others from the local church, would gather together and go into the poorest sections of town to minister. This was a time of prayer, asking if there was any unmet needs, and just love on our community. Remember folks, missions does not have to be over seas, missions starts every time you walk out your front door! |

A Once in a Lifetime Opportunity 2013
In the summer of 2012 I (Lindsey) took my first mission trip. I felt it was necessary to go on an over seas trip knowing that one day my husband and I might take our family and move to a foreign country. So through Christ Fellowship church, me and 11 others made our way to Uganda, Africa to minster to the kids that lived in the Village of Hope orphanage. I learned what true suffering looked like and it forever changed the way I view my own way of living. No matter how terrible their story was the children worshiped their Jesus like nothing I ever witnessed here in the United States. Most of the children that live at VOH were once child soldiers that were forced to fight along side Joseph Kony and his army. Now rescued and safe they have a place to sleep, receive an education and get to go home each day to a family! |
Experimenting with Aquaponics at Our Home in Florida. 2012 The first thing we did when we got to Dade City, Florida...build an aquaponics system. Most of the material we used for this system we found lying around the property or acquired from MSF ....The Lord knew we were coming!! |
